Dublin Food Chain are launching a new Foundation Cluster, a free support initiative designed especially for emerging food and drink producers in Dublin. The initiative is supported by the 4 Local Enterprise Offices, Dublin region  

The Foundation Cluster has been created to support producers who are at the early stages of their business journey — from those just starting out to those within their first 36 months of trading. The aim is to provide practical guidance, continuity of advice, and access to a supportive network as you build, develop, and grow your business. (note there is a separate scaling up cluster for larger producers)  

Membership of the Foundation Cluster is free, and members will take part in six x 75 minute cluster online sessions per year. These sessions will be practical, relevant, and focused on the real challenges and opportunities facing early-stage producers.

A key focus will be producers learning from each other with guest speakers drawn from established Dublin producers. These experienced producers will share their insights, lessons learned, and practical advice to help newer businesses move forward with confidence. There will also be a WhatsApp chat group to help cluster members share learnings with each other
