Dublin Food Chain are collaborating with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) for our next event which is targeted at those emerging into the food sector within the first 24 months of start-up.
Ruth Conefrey of the Food Safety Authority, will outline the importance of embedding food safety correctly from the start of your business. During the session, Ruth will outline the key areas to be aware of and how to use free FSAI resources to ensure you have an appropriate food safety culture in your business.
All participants will receive an FSAI resource booklet for small food businesses covering topics such as nutrition labelling, health claims, labelling legislation, starting a food business, etc.
If this event isn’t for you, can you pass this onto others who would benefit
