Introduction

Dublin has a unique array of kitchens, food production units and food hubs. This short online event will provide participants with an overview of whats available, and how to access the relevant space. Managers from key Dublin food hubs will be provide an overview of facilities and support services.

        

Base Enterprise Centre CLG

Base Enterprise Centre CLG is a social enterprise established in 1995. It provides office and business units in three distinct buildings housing food production, technology, financial & professional services and community programme groups.

Priory Market are creating a commercial co-working kitchen (100 sq. metres). Enquiry page for interested businesses on www.priorymarket.ie  Currently looking for expressions of interest for anyone interested in  the commercial co-working kitchen facility and also for people with a passion for food and creating their own opportunities in one of our 16 different food and drink outlets in the market. Due to open early 2024.

 

SPADE Enterprise Centre

Currently SPADE provides 15 food entrepreneurs with “own door” kitchen units from 500sq feet to 1500sq feet in size. The new, Shared Kitchen provides a state-of-the-art culinary production facility that can accommodate multiple clients simultaneously, up to 24, and is dedicated to growing early-stage wholesale, retail and/or catering food businesses.

 

Manor Picture House

Our commercial kitchen and event space/large dining space are available for rent in Stoneybatter, one of Dublin's hippest areas with its great location, it’s a perfect choice for launch events to showcase your food, pop-ups, food development, food photography, and more (the event space has a capacity of 100 and Dining for up to 60 guests).

Liffey Trust was founded in 1984 to help potential entrepreneurs and community groups to become established.   The marketplace area of the Liffey Trust houses ten purpose-built kitchens, and the food hub is home to many other Dublin food companies.

 

 

 

Hour Kitchen

Hour Kitchen provides commercial kitchen rental in Churchtown, with the ability to rent a kitchen for 3 hours or book a weekly slot. There are 4 commercial kitchens covering 1400 sq. feet arranged for multiple users or single use.  The kitchens are fully HSE compliant and available for rent 24 hours a day.
