Join us for this short 60-minute lunch and learn Dublin Food Chain session with some of Irelands top food influencers and commentators. Linking with influencers may be new territory for your business and this event will demystify the process.

Eadaoin Fitzmaurice: 

Éadaoin Fitzmaurice is a content creator, social media expert and the founder of FIA Digital - a company that specialises in social media and content creation for Irish brands.

Her personal brand @eadaoinfitzmaurice focuses on the Irish food scene, highlighting Irish businesses, travel and the Irish language. She currently has 108k followers on Instagram and 40k on TikTok.

She has worked in the social media industry for over six years across digital publishing, advertising and marketing for events. She has also produced content for some of the biggest global brands including Time Out Magazine, Lovin Dublin, Lovin.ie, Localeur, BBC, Virgin Media and TG4.

She has also worked with brands such as Rockshore, Fáilte Ireland, Roe&Co, The Happy Pear, An Post, Bewleys, Clayton Hotels, Walkers Crisps and many more.

She is extremely passionate about creating an online presence that will get people talking and stop scrolling thumbs in their tracks!

 

Irah Mari Pebredo: 

Irah is the content creator behind 'Foodstagram’!  Foodstagram.ie is Irah's food manifesto where she shares Dublin dining experiences and authentic Asian recipes on Instagram and TikTok. 

Also a freelance content creator, Irah specialises in short-form video content curated for social media and has worked with both small businesses and global brands such as Diageo (Guinness, Roe & Co, Smithwick’s), Mastercard and Moutai. 

 

Patrick & Russell: 

Better known as GastroGays, Patrick Hanlon and Russell Alford are food and travel writers having begun a blog just shy of a decade ago and grown to an internationally-acclaimed and awarded brand of content creation with over 70,000 eyes in their audience. As part of the Irish Food Writers Guild, the pair combine a traditional journalism background with an embracing of digital channels whilst regularly contributeing to the media landscape, from RTÉ Radio 1 and 2FM to the Irish Times, Irish Independent, Sunday Times Ireland, RTÉ and Lonely Planet. Alford and Hanlon have also created a successful podcast called Chew The Fat and a Substack called Chip Paper. The pair are passionate about Irish food and supporting Irish food producers and in 2022 released their debut book, Hot Fat, as part of the groundbreaking Blasta Books series – recently awarded Cookbook of the Year at the Irish Food Writing Awards 2022. GastroGays.com and @GastroGays on all major social media platforms
