This is a specialist event being run for the first time by Dublin Food Chain.  DFC member feedback from other events suggests that you want longer access to individual experts.  This event will see over 20 expert mentors from the food sector hosting 45 minute one to one mentor sessions.  You have the choice of one mentor to do your session with.  Once you have booked and paid for this mentor, we will not be in a position to reallocate sessions as the mentors will already have been allocated to other people, so do think about your preferred session.

As we have just over 40 slots (each mentor meeting two different businesses), mentor availability will potentially be gone within hours.  Don’t delay in making your choice and book and pay immediately.

It is being led by LEO Dun Laoghaire Rathdown and the event will take place in Talbot Hotel Stillorgan (formerly Stillorgan Park).  Each mentor will provide a separate session to two different businesses.  The time slots are 18.00 and 19.00.  The booking system will show you availability.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your session, late arrivals will forfeit their session and refunds will not be possible.  The fee for your session is €15.
