Food Kitchens Available to Rent

• Ace Enterprise Park:Ace Enterprise Park operates one electric-powered Shared Kitchen, available for hourly rental with a minimum of three hours per booking and a maximum of one chef (or food business) producing at a time. This set-up allows the space to function almost like a private commercial kitchen during the booking period. Onsite storage for ingredients, products, and machinery is permitted on a fair-use basis. In addition, Ace Enterprise Park has eight own-door, private commercial kitchen units available for licensing across its two centres in Neilstown and Bawnogue, ranging in size from 400–750 sq. ft.
• Liffey Trust: Food Hub – the marketplace area of the Liffey Trust house 10 purpose built kitchens. It is currently home to the food production units of some of the finest eateries and catering companies in Dublin
• Spade Enterprise Centre: Offices and food grade units available for rent
• Bridge Enterprise Centres: Two high specification food production units in addition to a light industrial unit
• New Market Kitchen: Commercial kitchen and incubator for food producers based in Bray, County Wicklow (20 minutes from Dublin)
• Hour Kitchen: Rent a kitchen for three hours or book a weekly slot.
• Drinan Enterprise Centre: Supported and managed by the Fingal Local Enterprise Office, Drinan Enterprise Centre in Swords and has three food start-up units, at 570sqft each
