The Food Mentor Exchange is a practical one-to-one mentoring event designed for food and drink producers to access expert guidance from across the sector. Bringing together up to 20 experienced mentors — including specialist advisors and established producers — the event gives participants the opportunity to book up to three 30-minute mentoring sessions tailored to their business needs.
Whether the focus is route to market, branding, pricing, production, retail, foodservice, compliance, export, or scaling a business, each session is designed to offer direct, relevant and actionable advice. The format allows producers to choose the mentors most suited to their current challenges and growth plans, creating a highly targeted and valuable support experience. (Note – each mentor has a capacity to meet 3 producers, and these slots will be allocated on a first come basis)
Mentor Time Slots:
Note – To qualify for mentor slots, you must be a Dublin based food and drink producer.
