Katie’s Kombucha is the creation of Ballymaloe-trained chef Katie, whose passion for fermentation and wellness led her to craft a truly authentic kombucha. Brewed in small batches using traditional methods, producing raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurised kombucha, the is the real deal.
Katie will share her experience of how the Energy efficiency grant helped fund the purchase of “Brite tanks and chillers for her business”.
15:55-16:05 Edward Coombes, Manager of Lilliput Stores
Irish owned and run, Lilliput Stores specialise in both Irish and Mediterranean artisan foods covering the finest traditions in food production from Greece to Galway, providing its customers with a carefully curated selection of quality goods.
Ed will share how Lilliput stores benefitted from the Energy Efficiency grant and how this enabled them purchase more energy efficiency refrigeration in their Stoneybatter store.
