Many of you will be familiar with the DFC producer showcase which is now an annual event and has brought commercial listings to many producers from the event itself.

We are delighted to announce that the event has been expanded this year and as well as approximately 30 producers, we will be inviting 8 producers from Wicklow, Kildare, Meath and Louth to keep the event fresh and interesting for trade buyers attending.

We will be inviting buyers from both retail and foodservice backgrounds and as a reminder, below are some of these buyers who attended last year

• Fallon & Byrne as well as several distributors

In order to attend this event, you must have enough capacity to supply buyers as they will have an expectation that you can at least supply some of their branches.  You must also have your own professional tasting stand.

Right now, for those of you interested in attending, can I ask you to email me (barbara@jamesburke.ie) by return.   There is a €50 charge for this event  which largely goes to have the profiles designed and is then sent to all the buyers and contributes to the overall event cost.
