JC’s is an iconic independent supermarket based in Swords. It is a fourth generation business and provides consumers from Fingal County with a wide range of grocery items including a strong emphasize on Dublin produced product. Managing Director Michael Savage will bring this story to life.
Greg Grouse, Fresh Supermarkets
Fresh Supermarkets have 5 outlets throughout Dublin and have a strong emphasize on supporting speciality food producers. During his session, Greg will provide an overview of the business and some tips on how best to do business with the group.
Maria Betts, Maria Lucia Bakes- A producer perspective
Based in Rathfarnham, Maria Lucia Bakes produce an award-winning range of luxury gluten and wheat free cereals. Having started out selling from local farmers markets, the company has progressed to supplying all over Ireland. Owner of Maria Lucia Bakes, Maria Betts, will share some of her tips on her successful journey in supplying speciality retailers.
