Spanish bakery owner Carlos Bernabé is CEO of Indespan which was founded in 1993. Indespan is a pioneering company in food innovation. The company has a modern R&D laboratory focused on continuous innovation. Carlos who is an advisor and bakery researcher in Spain and Latin America, will share thoughts on food business innovation.
Dublin food business owner Robert Bullock will share his story of how he completely repositioned his bakery from being a B2B focussed one, to delivering over 400 consumer orders weekly. Robert will overview the skills he has learned for running a large scale B2C online food business and the consumer engagement tools he has used.
